Snake and Scorpion
This Snake vs. Scorpion tattoo has been in the works for quite some time. My client is French and has been touring around Vietnam for some months. My first tattoo for him was a black and grey demon face on his chest. He came back to get this custom design.
He wanted to the sake to wrap around his arm. After trying to place the stencil on his arm (and failing several times) I managed to convince him that wrapping was not the best solution. We proceeded to place the stencil of the scorpion and the snakes head from my drawing then I freehanded the rest of the snake.
After all that, we were only able to get the outlines done. He came back later to start fill in but we couldn't get finish the scorpion let alone the snake. He then went off to travel, Hanoi, Ha Long bay and gods know where else.
Well, he came back and we were able to knock out the rest of it over the last couple of days.
You'll notice that the scorpion's head and left claw are darker, that's because we finished them this session. He wasn't able able to finish the scorpion in one sitting because it's on his shoulder blade which is a tender spot, and my machine may have been hitting a little hard that day.

When applying a full body suit a good Japanese tattoo artist attends to combine snakes only with designs of blossoms which actually bloom at the seasons in which snakes do not hold their winter sleep.

Full-body Tattoos
Full-body tattoo is hot? Well, it depends on the design and most of these tattoos can be covered with clothes. Some of the celebrities that have full-body tattoos include Pamela Anderson and Charisma Carpenter. I think full-body is common on Caucasian women but what about Asian chick? Asian chick with a full-body dragon tattoo is super hot!

Adder/Snake - Celtic Animal Sign
In Celtic Zodiac, Adder people have a virtue of resourcefulness, which is one of their greatest strengths. They have also a strong interest in family and excellent memory. They are curious and are always full of questions about how the world works. The snake has long been associated with wisdom and reincarnation. The adder is the only venomous snake found in the British Isles and has the same reputation. The Druids carried an amulet called gloine nathair (serpent glass), which was alleged to be formed from the eggs of an adder. The snake was also thought to embody masculine power, and In the Scottish Highlands, it symbolized the Cailleach's power. Celtic warriors wore a torque with a two-headed snake symbol which embodies this power.

Display Your Pride With a Celtic Tattoo
Within the category of Celtic designs can be added to the Viking design, German wattle due to similarities with Celtic in its form and symbolism. This style is characterized by several types of two-dimensional designs of interwoven strips of infinite cyclic or spiral shape and ornamentation in the form of a labyrinth. In the past it was used in various places, from the engraving, which are decorated with weapons and tools to the churches and cathedrals. The basic symbolism of Celtic and Viking designs is an endless cycle of birth, life and death. In addition to the basic symbolism can show some kind of event formed with human and animal figures. They can also describe a complex story in a way that style screened on medieval tapestry.
The Celtic tattoo is often used as a complement to the fantasy style and tattoos of religious themes, but often tattooed as a whole in itself.
